GeoBrawl is a fast paced multiplayer geography game that blends maps, Street View, and real time competition. One player secretly chooses a real world Street View location, while the other races to pinpoint where it is on the map.
Each guess the picker picks the location for everyone else to guess and the picker role is rotated in turns until everyone has been thepicker and the round is complete.
GeoBrawl was created to make geography more interactive and social. Instead of just solo guessing, players compete live, Unlike GeoGussr a lot of this games strategy is picking the location which adds a whole new element to the game. Though we do have a single player mode that acts similarily to GeoGuessr.
It’s easy to start, works directly in your browser, and is designed for quick matches with friends - no downloads required.
• Create or join a private room
• One player becomes the Picker and selects a Street View spot
• The other player becomes the Guesser and places a map pin
• Points are awarded based on distance
• Roles rotate each turn
GeoBrawl runs entirely in the browser using modern web technologies, real time multiplayer sockets, and interactive maps. It works best on desktop Google Chrome though it still works on mobile.
